2. Sweetz Cold Brew – Baseline & Greenfield
This place is all about the cold brew, and they do it better than anyone. Locally roasted, smooth, and super customizable. You’ll find everything from sweet vanilla to bold, no-nonsense black cold brew.

Try: Sweetz Original Cold Brew or the Honey Vanilla Nitro.

3. The Coffee Shop – Agritopia
Located inside the gorgeous Agritopia community, this spot has it all—artisan coffee, scratch-made pastries, and that perfect “work-from-cafe” vibe. Fun fact: they were once featured on Cupcake Wars. So yes, get the cupcake.

Try: Latte + the lemon cupcake. Trust us.

4. Peixoto Coffee – Downtown Gilbert
If you’re into serious coffee, this is your place. Peixoto sources beans from their family farm in Brazil, and every drink feels like it belongs in a barista competition. It's sleek, modern, and a favorite for Gilbert’s coffee purists.

5. Mythical Coffee – Val Vista & Williams Field
Trendy and Insta-worthy, Mythical feels like a downtown LA coffee spot but with Gilbert vibes. The drinks are creative (think rosemary lattes and espresso tonics) and the design is seriously cool.

Try: The signature “Unicorn” if you’re feeling bold or just want something photogenic.
